Trust, safety, and scope boundaries

EchoCheck supports qualified human review of AI responses. It does not provide direct survivor support, crisis response, legal advice, clinical guidance, individualized safety planning, or safety certification. These boundaries are part of the product, not fine print.

Current status

EchoCheck is a controlled-pilot-ready technical preview.
It should not be described as production-ready, sale-ready, certified, legally compliant, checkout-live, SLA-backed, safety-guaranteeing, or SME-validated unless current evidence supports that claim.

Public site vs private app

Public site explains the product and routes users to safe next steps.
Public site must not collect prompts, case content, passwords, evaluation history, exports, or sensitive review work.
Private app handles auth, workspace, billing paths, evaluation workflows, exports, history, prompts, and app state.
Do not enter survivor-identifying information or sensitive case details into public forms.

Can anyone sign up?

Yes. Anyone may create a free Advocate preview account in the private app, subject to app configuration and authentication provider availability. Controlled pilot access is separate.

Is controlled pilot access required to use EchoCheck?

No. Controlled pilot access is for guided or expanded review workflows. Basic Advocate preview access is separate from pilot approval.

Is EchoCheck safe to use with real survivor case details?

Do not enter survivor-identifying information or sensitive case details. Use synthetic, public-safe, de-identified, or training-safe examples.

Does EchoCheck certify that an AI response is safe?

No. EchoCheck supports structured review and documentation. It does not certify, validate, or warrant safety.

Is billing live?

Public tier details reflect configured app concepts. Billing and checkout behavior depend on private app configuration and launch settings.
